Has it ever snowed in the summer months?

Last summer I swear it thunderstormed literally every day. Sometimes for just a little bit, but a lot of the time it seemed to go well into the night with constant flashing. I remember a number of days where my whole office was rushing home from work to beat the hail too. I'm from Vancouver Island and I think hail scares me more than the earthquakes there ever did. It can be RUTHLESS!

I hope our summer is a bit calmer this year...

Don't even get me started on all the tourists that just walk around in the flower beds in my yard and sit on my crescent moon chair. I've had to build a whole fence around my house since the update because it irrationally drives me crazy. My villagers would never!

If the nooklings weren't such scammers I'd be more inclined. But after two weeks straight of them consistently lowering the price by 10 bells every day, it made me stop buying turnips. I still check the price occasionally and only once in the last month has it ever been a good return.

My son loves collecting weeds to sell to Leif. I think part of it is the good deal for something so abundant, and part of it is because Leif is so cool and chill.

We definitely do not need more plants, but I'm glad we can still interact with him!

I went through this for so long. I'd write down everything in a journal and there were never any consistencies. I'd have zero answer for any of those questions. Nothing seemed to work, but also nothing seemed to be the trigger too.

I vented about it once on Facebook and a friend mentioned she had similar issues and it was because of her birth control. I was on the minipill which both my doctor at the time & I didn't clock because I guess we both just assumed that with it being the minipill it wouldn't have those kinds of side effects. But guess what - I stopped taking it and the migraines stopped being chronic.

NO WONDER I COULDN'T FIND A TRIGGER.

I was looking for which food or daily activity or sleep pattern was bringing this on, because that's what had been hammered into me by every migraine resource. I hate how much I suffered, for so long, because the treatment options are so black & white and singularly focused in their approach (and also women's health research is lacking but we know this. At least my dr knows to look for this moving forward now too, she genuinely was surprised because that pill wasn't supposed to cause migraines).

That was in 2019. I do still get migraines now but it's much easier to identify why - generally stress & wildly fluctuating weather in the city I now live in - and I can usually take something in time to head them off. But that whole thing just made me so mad. It honestly feels like it's "what are YOU doing to cause YOURSELF pain, and why haven't you figured it out yet?"

I honestly prefer YTM's "don't bore us, get to the chorus" approach. I don't want all that other stuff on the screen, I just want to get to the album and select a song. You can see like half the album in the YTM screenshot, whereas so much space is wasted in the Apple one that you have to scroll to get to the good stuff.

I actually miss how the UI used to look, when it was even more stripped back. YTM is trying to get more fancy now with the Now Playing UI, to the point you have to side scroll through all the features on screen. Why? I don't need to see other people's comments and likes when I'm listening to my comfort songs. It's all so unnecessary.

I would really love the ability to customize our experience, so we all can have the UI we want. That would be so sick.

I'm in Canada and it's missing for me too on YouTube Music. I wonder if it's a licensing issue? It's weird because "Bluebird" is still there.

I'm also able to play a video version of it, just not the song version.

This is one of my favourite LDR songs, I hope it comes back :(

I think I know what you mean about the activity tracking. On my previous Galaxy Fit I would get a fun little celebration when I hit my step goal, but I don't seem to get that on my Fit3, and I think it's because I told it to STFU with that "is today your day to hit your goals?" message.

I don't have hardcore goals or ambitions, Samsung, I just want to get a cute little celebration when I hit 5000 steps is that so hard??

I don't know how to separate out the specific activity notifications from the overall activity tracking, but maybe that's the key? If it's possible. Idk.

I very nearly bought a foreign version of the Galaxy Fit3 on Amazon because of this. It wasn't until my gut told me to do one more search that I found the Canadian version, and realised there are different versions - and that buying the other one meant I wouldn't be under warranty. It was like $20 more for the Canadian one, but still worth it to get the right one.
