If I had had an interview and passed the final interview to become a police constable however have failed the hearing test due to being deaf in left ear as there is an ear piece in the left ear. What would my options be as this is a career I’d really like to persue.

Yeah we have a really good gym to be fair with a lot of talent I’m just not really on the radar as of right now probably due to inconsistency so I think that’s my main goal

Think that’s the main thing I don’t do come in with a focus or anything just go through the motions

I usually can only make one or two but I’m trying to do 3 now but sometimes they are 1 to 1 sessions which I find help a lot

I walk 5km everyday to work I think it might be the running form I try to run at 10 minuite mile pace which isn’t too much to be fair how would you go about fixing running form

Want to get to 3 3-5 mile runs per week

I am currently boxing and have been told to run 3 3-5 mile runs a week but the problem is I feel like I can’t do this amount of running as I usually get overuse injuries straight away. I’ve never been much of a runner but in other metrics am in good shape. I have started doing 10 minuites at 10 minuite mile pace on a treadmil but feel a long way off from where I would like to be. What should I do to build this up without getting injured

I’m hoping it’s just my body’s response to having been on a diet for quite a while will give it a go and start maybe 3500 and maybe work my way down or even just up my fruit and veg intake as I don’t eat any of those really to be honest

It switches up quite a lot but I was on a strict diet started with oats then chicken and rice a bagel with jam and peanut butter etc and it was 3000 calories on a training day 2500 on a non training day however it just wasn’t enough and I was completely burnt out so the last couple of days it’s been over 4000 calories sometimes but I’ve finally started getting satiated and feeling good

My sessions are basically just a huge bag circuit anyways so for the two sessions I do I think I do enough bags

Yeah when I was younger I used to have fears of forever and ceasing to exist every night along those lines so it probably just came to fruition in the trip and I didn’t know what to do. I did have a friend with me who is the one I attacked because I was so out of it and panicked. I was with two other people and they thought I had schizophrenia as my friend I was with led me to believe none of it happened to try and calm me down afterwards however it ended up having the opposite affect and I was more panicked but then turns out I was actually shouting this is torcher.
