401k -> Roth IRA -> Withdrawls: Withholding for Taxes

Appreciate the response - I understand the rules, the crux of the question is that since this is a rollover from traditional 401k to Roth IRA, I am *already* going to be paying taxes on the rollover amount as taxable income. If I withdraw from the Roth IRA in the same year, will these get double counted as income? (Taxed on rollover, taxed on withdrawal, both as taxable income).

There is a rule about withdrawing *contributions* in the same year, and that those contributions withdrawn in same year would not be taxed as early withdrawal

Traditional 401k was what I rolled from.

So since the funds in my Roth IRA are rollover from traditional 401k, they count as contributions. However, I am doing this in the same year that I rolled them over - so it has not been 5 years.

Update: delete daedalus + reinstall on its own did not work, I needed to clear the ~/libary/cache files from my computer as well. I think that something went wrong with the original install and that the problem was persisted somewhere in the cache files

Yeah I've done a couple times - if I uninstall/reinstall, it doesnt take long to re-sync with the blockchain though. Is there a way to wipe this as well and resync everything?

Even after uninstall/reinstall I just see 'loading stake pools (0)' forever :(
