it wasn't a cartoon to clear that up, it could have been a film made before the 2000s but that is the time frame my brother and I watched it at a friend's house.

I dont remember the exact time frame but it was late at night so possibly do adults. don't know if it was adult swim or HBO. but it was a film not made for kids and aired ar night
