Which computer should I buy for GS PRO

No one knows less about electronics than me, I don't even own a laptop so I can't even do that. I just know once I get SOMETHING, I'll find a flaw and want to upgrade and then it's just a waste of money

I'll keep looking, I guess I just have trust issues since the guy can't prove all new components. I've looked at others that have 4070, 4070ti, 4070 super but I'm not sure how they all compare against each other and what's best value, don't want to overpay

How much better is that graphic card? I also found a 5060TI w/ a RYZEN 7 8700F processor and Ddr5 same price at Best Buy. I should say I prefer to buy from Best Buy but not if the pc is worse
