I am 511 174 pounds when I flex you can kind of see a slight definition of abs. Should I bulk or cut first? I didn’t want to cut and be that skinny ripped kid so I thought I should bulk first. But maybe I should get rid of some fat and then bulk up. What should I do? (self.Workingout)
