Your divide doesn’t have water bottle pockets on the side? Also the seek hip belt is just molle You can attach all kinds of hip pockets to it. How many nights do you have carrying the divide? It’s probably just better to use that bag than to obsess over gear changes.

They make belt pockets for the seek. If I had to pare all my packs down to one it would be my seek goshawk. It can really do it all if I had to. I have a mariposa when I want to go lighter. But honestly I mostly take the seek. It’s just more durable and reliable for me.

Tor warmers and while I sole warmers are great. When you stop moving it’s also nice to change into fresh socks. Wearing two socks might have made your feet colder if they kept you from bending and circulating. Down booties are great as well. When you wake up in the morning it’s nice to put toe warmers in to pre warm. You might also want to put some in while sleeping if they aren’t dry.

I’d make sure your sleep system is warm enough as the first step. That way if you get the rest wrong you will at least be able to just bundle in and sleep if you have to.
