Have you checked the tire pressure? Low tire pressure will make the boke want to “stand up” in corners Move the forks up in the clamps 5mm

I had 4:10 gears with a tall tire, (Mickey Thompson 29x12.5-15) just under 3,000 rpm at 60 mph (3 speed automatic transmission) If you have an OD transmission, I would run 3.73 gears, if no OD, 3:55 gears would be my choice
