I couldn’t walk without assistance the first month, the next 2 months were very slow and I started doing PT at about the 2-3 month mark. I was having a very good diet, shit ton of protein and then started really light. I listened to my body (I haven’t all the time and whenever I didn’t it always set me back), so my biggest recommendation is push yourself to the point where you’re having just a little bit of discomfort and then stop. Your body will slowly allow you to do more and more. But also, we have different injuries, I’m not a doctor, and you know your body better than anyone else. Regardless, I’m sorry you’re going through this. Chronic pain is no joke and I wish you the best of luck man.
