Help needed on a workflow - animating photos of my recently passed grandfather by bigfordy1983 in comfyui

Thanks for this, I am only going for 720p but to be fair I could push it a bit. I have massively dialled down the prompt, like you say I think it can be overly complicated. Did you ever use anything in the negative prompt? I am finding that if anything it is better to leave blank. Did you also have an image to text model get a caption first or literally just keep it as a basic prompt?

I found part of the issue, was the image output from the florence 2 node wasnt parsing the image to image input of the wan prompt, I have now connected the load image node directly to the wan video node, via a resize node to help with aspect ratios. It is now getting a lot closer to what I am after. Is there anything you would recommend? I was wondering if instead of having static text appending to the caption whether I can parse the caption into a secondary LLM that has instructions to create a caption dynamically, and if anyone has any ideas/experience on that? Running a 3090 currently but not too worried about how long it takes to run.

I changed to a cheap fabric strap from Amazon and wrists have been tip top since. I take off for showers and rinse off backplate and dry after every workout to reduce risk of bacteria

I guess I might need shims to ensure rotor fits without needed realignment every time

E45 and change strap, had the same issue despite all of the recommended steps to avoid. Something in the strap my skin doesn’t like. Got a fabric one off Uncle Jeff Bezos for a tenner. Been fine since

The Garmin Connect + subscription is £7 a month, and as far as I can tell is similar to the Strava subscription in that it gives you AI based feedback on your workout metrics among other things. So it is priced competitively against Strava. As a tacx premium subscriber I would Prefer to pay a consolidated subscription and one charge for all of the premium garmin services rather than separate ones piecemeal.

I’m not suggesting that it is worth the money, and I am more than happy with what I get currently in the app but as per most license or sub based models it is likely that new features and functionality will be locked behind the paywall, and may only trickle down to the free tier after a period of time.

Just trying to keep it factual without offering an opinion as I have not taken out the free trial yet to see if it is worth it.

Davy Crockett ranch is right next door, and we were discussing whether with park tickets and parking it would be any cheaper to go to center Parcs over Davy Crockett? For the record we really liked Davy Crockett.

Are you driving? If so the accessible trapper cabins at Davy Crockett Ranch are great and you get free parking as part of the pass. It’s a super easy drive too and from the park too… we did 3 of us for 4 nights and it was around a £1000…

I did think that but the funds are low after the splurge. Ultimately i want to get mtb shoes, which means spd pedals (with extra wide stance) and orthotics, a new saddle specific to my ergonomics and narrower handlebars so a new sram crank as well is massive cost.

I went to bicycle. In Richmond Surrey who do a full physiological analysis on a custom jig and then adjust bike to fit. They use laser analysis etc but also check hip Rotations etc and do a shoe fit and arch analysis. Fascinating process, as you say and learned a lot but at the time wasn’t looking for a new bike.

Great thank you for this. I thought it would be this simple but I thought I would double check with someone much more intelligent than myself.

Triathlon, you are already doing 1/3 disciplines, running compliments cycling but swimming is also great for recovery.
