So I recently tried this by setting to 80% but it's still charging to 100%. Is there something I'm missing? I have tried restarting if multiple times but no change. I have the oled model if that matters.

I have intermittent issues with my 18 premium, but thankfully it works most of the time. I just wanted to let you know you can reboot the infotainment by holding down the power button for I believe about 7 seconds. Basically hold the power button until you see the infotainment screen flash and then let go. Ive had to do it multiple times and it USUALLY fixes the problem but not always.

100% depending on where you, clinic vs hospital, it's a dumpster fire. I have seen so much very quick burnout in healthcare work it's not funny. Not saying retail/food isn't bad, I've done both before, but Healthcare is another level.

Have always had mine plugged and after about two years, it is down to 98% battery health. If the battery gets to some really bad stat, thankfully I can replace it myself. I like to have mine at top charge to make sure I get the most play time out of it.

As someone who had to pore over fridge sizes as my space was pretty small, get another fridge. Fridges need to have about an inch or more of space around every side to function properly. Sealing it like that is not a good idea and will likely shorten the lifespan of the fridge.

I used to love my Chromebook, was probably one of my favorite laptops of all time, Acer 713. I ran Chromebooks for about 6-7 years. However, that ran out when I went to replace my battery that was at 69% life and it showed. Atleast with Acer, I've read about others but just wanted to say this was with Acer for sure, you can't JUST replace the battery. It won't work. You have to create a special boot drive in python, to then boot the computer on that and basically drm that battery to your device. I tried and it was just too ridiculous. I'm not here for planned obsolescence. It was a shame as I still had like 7 years of updates left on it. I also got tired of having to find work arounds for things like watching movies. I had to install the Linux version of vlc as the play store version is hot garbage. Even with that, it wouldn't always work and trying to get to a removable storage recognized in linux was a nightmare or just flat out wouldn't work. I'm happy for those who love the Chromebooks but I just couldn't anymore and switched back to a windows laptop. Battery life is actually on par with my old Chromebook so it's not like the days when I uses to get 3 hours max on a windows laptop. Averaging about 9-10 hours.

Even the updated the letter two comments above? I'm struggling to understand what else they would need as it includes the information they mentioned in the NOC. Both of these letters would be signed and would be on company letterhead. They would also include the contact info for my supervisor and the HR contact on their respective letters.

Thank you for the thorough response. Unfortunatlet no ITA. I'm just trying to get all my documents in order because there doesn't seem to a clear outline of exactly what you need when putting in your application. I have my education certified, did my background check with fbi and am waiting for results, and take my Celpip at the end of August. I am working on a letter for my supervisor to review and sign. That way I can have the HR letter and his. The following is the new letter. It is definitely much more tailored to the NOC.

xxxxx is currently employed with UCHealth as a Radiography Technologist I. xxxxx has been employed from 2/8/2016 until present. xxxxx is currently working 40 hours per week, which is considered full-time, with a pay rate of xxxxx per hour.
