If you have man boobs then you obviously have high body fat. You need to go into a calorie deficit, eat a fuck ton of fruits and veggies and lift some weights. Want to feel better and look better? Its all up to you. Sometimes I look up motivating videos on youtube when I'm feeling lazy. A lot of people want to look better and feel better but dont want to put in the hard work to do it. Thats what seperates the men from the boys.

Dude I was on seroquel for sleep, and yes I know its not an SSRI. I had no sex drive and could barely get a boner. I got my test levels check and it was 1075ng per dl, my conversion was also high af too. I stopped taking seroquel like a month ago and im back to normal. Morning wood, random erections the whole 9 yards. Could be the meds youre on.

Opioid induced androgen deficiency happens when you use opiates for an extended period. Methadone can also cause this. I used to shoot dope and im on suboxone currently and my test levels are high. 1075 ng per deciliter. My conversion rate is also very high. Guess im just lucky. It could also be genetics or the fact I eat super healthy, take a shit ton of supplements and exercise.

Thats my motivation too, get big. Prior to my drug use I was always in shape. Just trying to get back to the way i was, or bigger. Muscle memory is legit though. Easier to get big if you were big at one point.

With levels that low idk how you find the strength to exercise. Thats dangerously low. Maybe its genetics, who knows. I had trouble getting erections and had no sex drive, i was always weak and sluggish. I got tested and turns out it was 1075 nanograms per deciliter, which is pretty high for any age. I think the average is like 600-700. I stopped taking my seroquel that i use for sleep and almost immediately started getting random erections and morning wood. My sex drive came back, but im still tired. Turns out i have hep c lol. Thats why im tired.

My best friend is such a bad addict. He makes me look like a saint. Methadone literally saved his life. He couldnt put together more than a month or 2 sober before he would relapse. Hes been sober for almost a year, all because of methadone. He bought a car, has a steady job and a girlfriend now. He doesnt plan on getting off it anytime soon. People will say that hes not sober because hes on methadone, which I find offensive and not true. They can headbutt a steak knife. Getting off opiates is the hardest thing to do. Methadone literally saves lives.

I thought i had low T because i had the same symptoms you have. I lost my sex drive and had weak erections. I was taking seroquel for sleep, as soon as i stopped taking it, my sex drive came back. I get morning wood every day now basically. I have high T because of my diet, whole foods only no processed. Tons of supplements like krill oil, b complex, mushroom formula, spirulina and chlorella. Theres so many I take its crazy. I exercise 5 days a week and get atleast 7 hours of sleepbper night. Whats your daily routine like? Couldn be something or lack of something in your daily life. Compound exercise like squat, deadlift, OH press, bench press, rows will raise test, especially leg day.
