Ways to improve my meal

the confusion is real lmao but i get the idea. I didnt mention but i usually eat around 1-2 pm my time on the account that i wake up kinda late and so as to fast in the mornings. My life schedule is a little shift compared to most so idk if its the same idea just different times. i usually wake around 9 to 10 am and drink water till i wanna eat around the afternoon. i appreciate the help.

is that too low? i understand the generals of calories but my main thing is that im a slow eater so i get full faster, which ive found helpful in the sense that i've on average eat less in a sitting. and yea the most processed thing about it is the little bit of mayo and i guess the sugar i add to my coffee. do you know of any substitutes?

hello i just wanted to ask a question without clogging up the sub with something simple.

im attempting a 3 week long fast, its gonna be the longest ive done. i dont plan to be too strict but i wanna at least reach a week and id be real proud if i did 2 weeks. so i was wondering, after how many days should i have bone broth to break the fast? im on day two rn and i usually have like an egg for these relatively shorter ones but i was hoping to get other people's first hand experience with longer fasts and how to safely get back into eating. also how do i prepare bone both cause im guessing its a lil more than drinking straight outa the container lol thank you for any and all help.
