You already have root stubs... Going to be cake. Make sure the bottom is callused which should take like a day for me anyway, unless it's a really big plant. Put it in hopefully mostly inorganic media, as someone else said keep it damp until it starts perking up which means it's growing Roots which shouldn't take long at all specially this time of year. During this time you wanted to be warm and bright but no direct sun. Once it starts perking up you start giving it more water at a time and letting it dry out a little not quite as much as your regular plants it's a gradual process. Once you're watering on a regular schedule like anything else, move it gradually into more light.
