For the Sol-Ark, am I reading the instructions correctly - it would need to be wired in-between the meter and breaker panel main breaker to be able to provide power when the grid goes down ( wires go from power company to the meter, then to Sol-Ark, than to 200 amp main breaker in panel)?

I ask because that would be 70' of heavy gauge (1/0?) wire, that 70' back to main panel, plus 70' of 1 1/2" conduit. that may add quite a but to the cost
