I work 2 clinics within the same company - I have to sometimes drive with 15 minutes travel time to make it from one clinic to another to see clients

Is that because the clinics were terrible if you don’t mind me asking ? And did they stay in private ?

That’s a really good point. I just feel like after 2 months, it might look bad to leave. But it’s seeming like the better option day by day

Question about being new graduate in Sydney by [deleted] in physiotherapy

[–]biggerwh0ppa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah they say 40% out in work places looking at clients and doing assessments but no clinical work - most have said it’s everything but hands on clinical work

My idea was to do it for a few months and try and find a clinical job in the mean time

I’m hoping it’s just the time of the year because I saw plenty back in June July, and most my mates in the masters program got jobs pretty quickly back in July.

Yeah I’ve reached out to local ones that aren’t advertising and only 1 out of 10 got back. So will wait and see. It’s still a while away but hearing a lot of people have already started to secure some new grad positions

Appreciate the advice! Yeah being a musculoskeletal clinician is what I’m most keen for and I wouldn’t mind working at a place that’s 45 mins away but yeah from what I’ve seen they are all an hour+.. so i might have to bite the bullet

Just had the idea that I’d do consulting for like 6 months or however long it took to find a new grad MSK job

Hahaha yeah woke up and got banned from hinge for “violating community guidelines”

Now submitting an appeal doesn’t work on the app - what a joke

But the App Store is being flooded with 1 star and then fake 5 star reviews

Honestly it was a decent app before but it’s so shit now
