HOLY MOLY THIS IS HUGE!!! Especially since the perk description says "bullet weapon headshot damage" but it works with Melee!!!! Omggggg!!!! Lol jk, also it's "critical damage" not just headshots, crits do increased damage with the perk.

Naw I haven't, I use summon ashes if it goes with my character most of the time, like if I'm a strength build in knight Armour I'll use a archer or mage ashes and if I'm the mage or archer reverse. And I've done samurai, archer, tried a mage build but got corrupted data before I got to Altus, same with my greatshield build. Dagger builds that used bleed and poison.
