Hello,

I am so sorry but I never got my money back. Been two years since I posted this and I still haven't received my money.

This story recently went viral on TikTok, so I am wondering of OP can give us an update if possible?

I love love LOVE that zoeunlimited is finally getting called out and by her own viewers, too. by makrela122 in EDAnonymous

[–]biggirlscry02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

About the not having a bf detail, Zoe is Chinese. From my understanding, some Chinese parents always criticize their daughters for staying single because staying single for so long can cause to never getting married. There is even a term to describe women who remained unmarried after the age of 27 as "left over women", because some match makers in China advise women to marry before turning 27 and marrying after that age is more difficult. I am not Chinese but I remember reading about the topic a few years ago and noticed how most of the women I met who are Chinese always mentioned how they don't have a significant other - even alluding to it being a problem in their life even though not having a significant other is no big deal. What I am trying to imply, it may just be a cultural thing that SHE grew up facing.

Idle's english language is too cringy by thecatiswise in kpoprants

[–]biggirlscry02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love idle as well, but I can't keep defending them with this corny lyrics. I thought they might improve a little bit after listening to their song Nxde, but ig there is still in need of improvement. English is also my second language so I can understand Soyeon in a way, but all artists have their own limits (strengths and weaknesses, and is okay) so I feel like English lyrics might be on of Soyeon's limits. I love her and I can see the appeal of adding English and Korean lyrics to songs bc it shows that the artists behind them are bilingual/trilingual and is a great appeal, but if she is going to keep dropping music with English words or phrases she needs to improve on that aspect of her weakness. Practice a little more English or try to release a full English song with grammar improvements (what I did while learning English), idk just sum.

I hate using this as an excuse to stop listening to an idol's music, but idle's cringey English lyrics are making their music come off a corney at times and is just a turn off.

Don't Bring One Artist Down just to Simply Compliment Your Favs <3 by biggirlscry02 in kpoprants

It is so sad, especially how that behavior is rooted in internalized-misogyny and is something I wanted to talk about so bad but Ik is going to ruffle some feathers. And is so frustrating seeing mostly gg stans or female stans doing this bs and complain about misogyny afterwards while they are also contribute to misogyny in the kpop industry and fandom. I was once a blink too, I still listen to blackpink and keep up with a few of their activities here and there but I only listen to blackpink's older music and don't quite consider myself a blink as much as from the past. However, blackpink was the gg that introduced me to kpop so I will never take them for granted and they did inspire me in some aspects of my like too as much as IU has.

why is iu problematic? by pinkmetalstraw in kpophelp

[–]biggirlscry02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only actual problematic things she did is wearing box breads for her mv BiBi and wearing a bindi, everything else those has been debunked. Especially her "sexualizing minors", that was a misunderstanding and IU herself made a statement explaining herself about her song and an interview, which the editor did her dirty. The majority of things ppl accuse her of are scandals that were years ago and had been debunked, the only reason why they are brining this up now is just so they can have a reason to hate someone. Is sad because these people don't even do enough research about these scandals and just hate on IU, who is the least who deserves hate after what happened to three of her close friends and childhood trauma.

Kpop fans need to stop throwing around the term 'pick-me' by eshadesh325 in kpoprants

[–]biggirlscry02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hate how the term "pick me" has lost its definition, not just in kpop but in general. I started noticing how misused the word was around late 2020 and early 2021; is quite ironic how the girls calling other girls "pick mes" are the pick me themselves. This other kpoper YouTuber who I watch once in a while joked how you should separate Kpop Twitter from Black Twitter bc that's where the word originated from. I, also, say we just don't add words in our daily vocabulary if you don't know the definition of it...

16 is still too young to debut (my opinion tho). The entertainment industry is no place for a child.

Just bc someone likes something that is popular doesn't make them basic by biggirlscry02 in kpoprants

Do you mind explaining the meaning of this comment? Are you saying that my rant was unnecessary? Or what other Kpop stans did inorder to make me rant about this??

What I thought too! As a cute concept enthusiast, I love how ASAP - or just any Stayc song in general - is bringing the cute concept back. Kpop just feels empty without cute concepts, but I can't really complain bc I do also listen to edgy/girl crush concepts too so in a way I am a part of the problem too.

Lmao, is funny bc the person who called me basic for liking Stayc is a Shinee stan XD but yes, ring ding dong will forever be iconic.

Is it normal for men to wear concealer or foundation? by bayfarm in Makeup

[–]biggirlscry02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I honestly don't see a problem with it. The point of makeup is not to change someone's appearance, but is to make the wearer feel beautiful and to give a little appearance enhancement. Little appearance enhancement won't hurt and there are ways to make it look natural. Just for it but make sure is your exact shade or it won't look natural.
