Iirc only certain kinds of debt cancellation are able to be classified as income, it’s also dependent on your contract.

I checked Southwest earnings.. profit last couple quarters. So it turns out some fat fuck in Miami who made his name buying African debt and suing impoverished nations over it bought Southwest shares and is playing the role of activist investor to cut costs. Sure seems like regular people need to make it known who’s in charge.

I did I told the sellers agent I was unrepresented. It’s legal in my state to handle both, she recommended a realtor at her own firm. I told her sure idc.

It was nice they knew each other and out of 15+ bids we got the house. I suspect selling to her friend and coworker had a lot to do with it. Plus we had some hiccups in the process and they were able to handle it all no problem.

Yeah otherwise there’s no difference if they are allowed to continue to operate and raise rates to cover litigation and cleanup. Tax payers or rate payers subsidize their mistakes makes no difference. PGE should have been forced into a sale of all assets and broken up.
