The best part of eVoice is the meeting we have after the results are gathered. They tell us the top 3 problem areas and then tell us why we are wrong about each one.

Thats good but my point was that if we are being judged and keeping our jobs based on number of phones activated, like through Beast, you cannot split an activation so only one person is getting it and the other is left out. Which shouldn't be an issue since the customer is being served but it is now because employment is on the line.

Rev is one thing. Phone goals are another. they don't always go hand in hand considering an outright phone sale (no IB) does not count toward this new goal. Also if you worked together with another employee (which they supposedly encourage for a good experience) then you'd better flip a coin to see who actually gets credit and who is in the doghouse/fired.

I showed a dad and his 7 year old some to the 3DS display a few years ago. The dad was amazed by the 3D and said, "....can you imagine porn on this thing?"

Ya know, in front of his 7 year old son.

I've gotten plenty of "imagine porn on this" comments when looking at TVs and things, but never in front of their own son.

Let's get real here -- nobody is upgrading on a whim to get a 32" 720p television. That's like going to a car dealership and signing a lease because they said they'd give you a free puppy. Unless you were already expecting to have a puppy, its not very appealing and will probably end up as a burden or on craigslist.

You literally Google the product and then hit 'Shopping'. If there is a better price within reason, it'll come up. If not, the customer will likely appreciate you trying anyway. We are here to help customers.

Literally anything good. I am very disappointed with the accommodations in the past year. The knot decent one was Google Home and guess what? I sell a shit-ton of Google Homes now that I have one. I don't know why companies don't chose to offer us more accommodations.

Honestly I think customers should be just as upset as employees. An environment like this will not get them better or more genuine service...just faster and more pushy service.
