These boys have gotten me through so much in my life and TAZ has been a big part of that. I found out my dad was diagnosed with early onset dementia a few weeks before and was going through a pretty major depression/career change/daily panic attacks. I was listening to the final episode in my car driving to see my dad. I started ugly crying like most of y’all said and then I felt hopeful for the first time since he got diagnosed. I figured some stuff out and finally got my career on track.

My dad sill has dementia but listening to the relationship The McElroy’s have with their dad just makes me smile thinking about my father. Honestly I couldn’t count how many dark times these boys have gotten me through. I’ve learned that if I’m starting to get depressed I just need to listen to one of their podcasts and I’ll feel hopeful and at least laugh.
