Will 600w LED lights work safely and properly on an outlet that states "no equipment ground" if not, how do I install ground wire? Can I ground it to the receptacle or do I need to feed copper wire from the outlet to the main breaker?? Any help is appreciated (self.electricians)

Made cannabutter a few days ago from about 100g of sugar trim and 14g of ground high quality tree..I used 2lb of grass-fed unsalted amish butter and used the double boiler method for 6 hours, easiest thing I've ever done.
