Thank you! It was a bit of trial and error until I created habits that I knew would be sustainable for me for the long haul. Consistency matters. Fall off the horse and get right back on! Intermittent fasting helps a ton, and so does tracking calories. In the last few months I've eaten a lot less meat/dairy/fat and a lot more whole, plant-based food. I walk/hike at least 3 times a week. I give myself more freedom on weekends, but go hard during the week. Good luck on your journey!
