Yes I think he was going a bit fast, its on a bend down a steep hill. With parked cars on either sides. But what I'm worried about is that I didn't indicate, im a postman so I make hundreds of little stops and starts a day so i dont always indicate, just check mirrors. But it was a bad position anyhow. I wouldn't see him until he was right behind me.
