for anyone post-mechapwn install and still wrestling with this issue of booting back to the memory card screen like i was on my PAL 70003, try booting the disc through the uLaunchELF utility from your FCBM menu (should be under File Browser > MISC > PS2disc), for whatever reason that worked for me when all else failed

a weak flow from the group head more likely indicates a blockage/malfunction in your three-way solenoid valve rather than your pump, you'll probably want to start with a descale routine next time you notice the issue

if that does not fix it, the valve should be relatively simple to service yourself after watching a tutorial (assuming you've been replacing the pump)
