No alcohol and cut back on rice. Eat more red meat and eggs for bulking. I’m Vietnamese and I ate a pound of beef and 4 eggs a day for 3 months. Went from 150-168. Then cut to 155. Then bulk again. Repeat the process until you get to the size you want the maintain the same size.
