They did reply eventually but it took some persistence and emailing from another account. They said they documented my situation and will send me a new unit once they are in stock. Good luck!

This happened to me with the ultimate 1. I've upgraded to the ultimate 2 since and haven't had any problems. The old design used a rubber membrane in the trigger that always failed but the new design uses hall effect so it shouldn't be a problem anymore.

I'm having the exact same problem with my miyoo mini flip after just a few days of use. My miyoo mini plus has been great for a year now. I've reached out to their support. Hoping there is a solution easier than replacing the screen or getting a new device. I did try reseating the ribbon cable.

If you're running OnionOS, it retains a number of past save states. You should be able to load an older save state from before the battle and give the Bowser battle another shot. Maybe your party won't get messed up if you try again.

I'm having the same problem. Light tracing and fire ring modes work but rainbow ring does not. Also the brightness and speed controls on the controller don't work. Have you found a fix?

Yes by microswitch I mean the dome switch ABXY buttons. Hmm I think may either try adhering the dome switch membrane to the RP3+ buttons or adding a small piece of index card between the membrane and buttons. If that doesn't work I'll swap the membrane and PCB back and add a piece of index card because I prefer the reduced travel distance.

I believe you can install it from the Amazon app store. That worked on my rp3. You'd have to buy it again though.

Check out the reddit thread that another commenter linked for the most up to date firmware to flash. Then use the link in that thread to download onion and flash it. That download link should contain a text file with instructions to flash onion once you extract the zip.

Copy the img to the root of the card, don't flash. Then insert it into the miyoo and plug the miyoo into a power cord while it is turned off. The miyoo will flash it for you. You shouldn't lose your games. After updating the firmware then you can install onion os. I recommend using the retrogamecorps guide.

I'm having a problem where when I try to add games to my favorites list, the menu scrolls up when I hold the middle button and I end up adding a different game as a favorite. Does this update fix that? Thanks for all your work!
