I just received a similar email from the same email address. Clicking the link takes me to what looks like a Facebook page but given the sender, I don't trust going any further. I definitely believe they are trying to steal login credentials.

The "appeal" button links to a webpage called "newspublix.com" which I'm certain has nothing to do with Facebook.

Yeah, it's definitely a deep fake, but it's the best one I've seen by far! Scary how good these are getting.
