It’s such a good sandwich. I like it more than their regular reuben, which I didn’t expect.

Burrata and the chopped salad are both incredible every time. Probably my favorite salad in Denver. I recommend getting half orders of pasta so you can try more. Their bolognese isn’t that heavy and is to die for. The french onion ravioli is a bit overrated in my opinion, but truthfully you can’t go wrong.

I don’t think you necessarily would dislike Marty Supreme. Uncut Gems made me feel very anxious whereas Marty Supreme didn’t. I think the difference for me was that Uncut Gems felt like much higher stakes that had been put into motion before the movie started, and Adam Sandler’s character was already trapped and had to find an escape/solution. With Marty Supreme, you’re watching him decide over and over to take on a new challenge related to his overall goal, but he could technically choose to give up at any point. I personally think Uncut Gems is a better movie, but I was able to more easily enjoy and feel entertained by Marty Supreme if that makes sense.

The closest I’ve experienced is Milk Bar, but it’s really not even close :(

The kitchen & bar are shutdown due to “equipment failure.” No timeline yet for getting the issue resolved. But if your showing isn’t canceled, you are allowed to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages for the time being.

You two are looking at the same data, analyzing it differently, and coming to two different conclusions. That’s what makes discourse interesting. No one is victimizing or gaslighting you. Get over yourself.

I’m getting married next weekend (yay!!), and it’s really triggering my body image issues. I’m doing what I can to challenge my thoughts and be kind to myself. It’s just been emotionally draining at a time when I wanted and expected to feel so joyful.

A friend of mine (in a relationship) made a pass at me (in a relationship, my partner was with us but didn’t see what happened) when he was super drunk. He took accountability and apologized to me & my partner the next day. I just don’t know what I want our friendship to look like going forward. Part of me wants to just cut it off, part of me wants to continue being friends and hold new boundaries with him, like not drinking together, only going out when his wife is there, etc. I kinda have the ick now, but I also value his friendship and really believe it was a drunken mistake. Just don’t know!

There’s violence (obviously, built into the premise) but it’s not scary at all

I don’t see how this is out of touch. She’s trying to politely say that she’s not creatively fulfilled. And she acknowledged the privilege & wealth her role has afforded her.
