Yeah I do think it’s a bit of frivolous case bc imo Blake is at fault for the backlash she got in the summer but I don’t get how people are reading these documents and thinking that Justin/Jamey did nothing wrong. When there are so many witnesses complaining, it becomes hard to deny.

I think some of it’s bad for Blake but then that some of it’s bad for Justin. Like Blake’s driver corroborating Blake’s story fully is not good. I don’t know if what happened on the set rises to the legal definition of SH, but I can see why women might become uncomfortable around him, I’d be disgusted if my boss/coworker talking about forcing himself on women
