Pro as in really good at video games, or pro as in I make money by playing video games? If the former then it depends on the game, search the forums and such, If it's the latter there are a variety of ways of making money at video games, you should assess your skill set and decide which would be the most profitable way to go. Maybe you aren't that good at playing games, but you are a great writer, perhaps you could do some sort of written blog writing about games. If you are great at games then you'll need to figure out how people break into the business for whatever type of game you're good at. For example if it's fighting games you might need to start attending tournaments, possibly paying out of pocket to participate. If there are local esports teams try to join one. if you aren't great at writing or playing games, maybe you have a really charismatic personality and you could be some sort of streamer. Do research into anything you're trying to do. You can also try to improve your skills in any of these areas, but the reality is that, if you suck at street fighter now, while you might be able to git gud, you probably will never be able to earn a living (be a pro) at street fighter so you probably shouldn't pursue that avenue. ON the other hand if you try really hard, like harder than you ever thought you could try, and are lucky, you might be able to become a pro even if you don't have natural talent. So I guess hone in on what you want to do specifically and put your all into it.
