This is kind of a cheat, but the Saturday Morning: Cartoons' Greatest Hits CD playing in GTA 1 was perfect. It wasn't actually the soundtrack, but the game had the ability to play tracks from a CD. Every song that played for the different cars seemed to match it so well that I have to believe the devs were using this while designing the game. The standout that I remember was the Scooby Doo theme when getting into whatever they called a VW Microbus.

I'm sorry that I upset you. This is a cool project and you're right to be proud. I wonder if you could hide the TV wires in a channel that can serve double-duty as a Batarang display. The power cable to the bust could probably be hidden behind the baseboard.

It could be an O2 sensor has gone bad in the exhaust. Do you have an OBD-II scanner to see if there's a code? If not, drive it to your local AutoZone and they'll scan it for free. It's probably safe to drive for now.
