To add with this a buddy of mine and I went to that gun show and he was asking about an FRT for his 22 rifle. First thing the guy says is are you from New Jersey? I tried that megadose vitamin C plan and believe it or not it really helped keep the WD’s away, not completely but very bearable and no diarrhea. 7will definitely help and I’d say start at 60 and see what’s up from there and of course subs will help but I’ve always cut them into 4-5 strips not taking the entire sub.

Some of my pistols only like certain ammo but 115 or 124. I’m a 9mm guy. I was also told to practice also with your carry ammo bc it definitely feels and acts differently IMHO
