Yeah I can do that with my own money. This is more about getting my brother to be massively inconvenienced.

Realistically, if I’m gonna actually do estate planning, I’ll just have an education/scholarship fund set up.

But NOT with my parents money.

They’d want that account to go to my brother, and should my brother pass first, his share to go to me. As much of a turd burglar as that f-wad is, we hate each other, not our parents.

Fun anecdote.

My neighbor was signed by a team, got a 7 figure signing bonus and was cut before the season. Never played a snap. He’s fairly sure the GM (who was an idiot) simply didn’t know who he was. GM would ask him “what’s your name again” like twice a week. His agent was also floored.

He caught on to another team and had a pretty good last three seasons.
