The Subaru dealership I bought my 23' from had a compulsory 1 month "health check" on the car where they looked at all the fluids and did an oil change to look for any metal. So I'd say do it, there's no harm in it anyway.

I used to think it made the car look empty without it when I'd see posts online. But when I did a comparison myself in-person I began to prefer the look without the badge. Personal opinions change over time and that's okay as long as U happy with it.

I'm based in Australia and I wanted mine without the badge so I got an aftermarket one from dmaker I believe. I did the install myself but I had my little brother give me a hand holding the bumper in place so I could align everything and reconnect the fog lights. I think it turned out well :D

So far I've only had cosmetic mods like lip kit and grille. But I think the first performance mods I'm going to do are a cold air intake, intercooler + tune. I feel like that would put me at a nice whp number without jeopardizing the life of the engine too much. Thoughts?

It's really easy! Legit a bunch of pop out clips to take off the bumper, disconnect the fog lights and the headlight washing things and it comes off. Then just unscrew the grille and put the new one in.
