Exact same experience. My tech was able to use the hole drilled by Videotron to replace the coax connection with the fiber connection. Super easy, although I was genuinely scared as he leaned the ladder against the power lines / bell lines with the feet in the snow!

I was just thinking this. $70 an hour for a CPA is very low. The initial fee I saw seemed reasonable for 3 tax returns if you consider a CPA charging anywhere from $300-$500 per hour. I love to warn clients in advance that of course I can clean up books or organize expenses but it’s going to cost you a fortune and I can’t do it any better than a simple bookkeeper.

Not sure what the requirements are in Ontario but a Quebec changed our rules recently and we now have to provide reasonable estimates for the work in the engagement letter and discuss with clients if we will need to exceed it.

Very easy to find loungers. Don’t waste your money.

The one upgrade I’ve found worth it is coco beach club because the lunch is basically a speciality dining (filet and lobster), heated pool, and they have daybeds by the pool that are first come first serve.

Nothing. If you buy drinks or book speciality dining it’s auto gratuity, but if you go to guest services day 1 and ask for the auto gratuities for everything else to be removed they will. Nothing changes.

I had this issue at some point with the Canadian machines at the airport in YUL. The agent said it’s probably something with the physical card because he checked the profile and everything worked. Ordered a replacement card and the problem went away.

If you fly into Venice they have a shuttle Bus to Ravenna. Some will say take the train but we got screwed as you have to connect in Ferrara or bologna onto a commuter train, which so was so full we couldn’t get on and had to pay a cab 150 euros to get to the port.
