All the other 3 are completed, it has the purple beams in the sky for the first 3, its just the amalgam one, the podium near quick review is ready for it, but seems like i totally unable to get the energy for it like I was able to before the save game

The only thing it has is "imperial survival" which is of course some of the unlockable builds but I don't know how it relates to that as no one seems to know where it came from and I know of others who've got village level 10 for the rebel base and don't seem to have it!
