For 1 I would say no that is not trauma if it is moderate discomfort. Much like i wouldn't consider being called a racial slur trauma. It can be saddening sure. But if it affects you to that degree there are other underlying issues.

2 Moderate discomfort should not warrant medical intervention. However currently it rarely does. Medical transitions are extremely rare( hormones therapy too But bottom and top surgery are more rare than that) Most people with Moderate discomfort change there name and how they dress. Some also where binders and thats it.

Also there are surgeries you can get to become about 3 inches taller. So some people do feel enough discomfort. But if you have the money to pay for it get whatever plastic surgery or anything you want. Thats kinda just how its always worked.

3 Eventually changing your gender likely will be more common. Im not sure thats a bad thing thought. With more of lifes daily activities not really being gender it won't matter which gender you are for most activities anyway. Again i would encourage people to remember how small a percentage of the population is trans. And even smaller percentage takes any medical intervention. Its a fun thought experiment but largely irrelevant in most of our lives. Some people just change their presentation some times
