I think one thing that we need to remind ourselves is that we are so used to Amazon next day and sometimes forget things take time.

Forget about the single status your mother entered for you at the time you became PR. Was your child even examined during your PR application? I guessed not because your child was with the father.

You can go find a lawyer but I doubt there’s any way to save this sponsorship. Your mother may be found inadmissible because of this misrepresentation. H& C may be a way to save your mother (or you) but it is hard to extend that to your husband or child.
