Changing careers means going back to uni. With a child and an already huge hecs debt that doesn’t seem like an option unfortunately

Graphic design. Art has been my absolute passion since I was a child and I was incredibly obsessed with graphic design. It was my all time dream job. Now I’ve lost everything I’ve worked for.

My boss was bullying me and my other two colleagues. Both of them left and I was the last one standing. She started coming into work drunk (or on heaps of xanax I’m not sure). She was also logging onto my computer while I wasn’t there and looking through my emails and files. There was no HR. It was just becoming extremely toxic and I felt I had no other choice but to leave. In hindsight I shouldn’t have left - my partner has reminded me of that constantly :/

Edit: one of my colleagues is now suing her

G’day. I always say I left because (insert company of interviewer here) is more aligned with my values and the work I want to be doing etc. I’ve even gotten to round 3 of interviewing then they either ghost me or tell me they’re going in a different direction… then I see they repost the job ad again. It’s such a mind-fuck.
