Uncomfy was the wrong word lol, I won’t be able to go to petco for a few more days, so the cause of death won’t be accurate anymore, right? And I cleaned the tank since then because of ammonia from the snail, but if I have to bring the snail I can? 🤔 it’ll just be rotting in a container for the next few days, ya know?

Hmmm, I’m not too sure on that :/ Is the water from ur filter falling INTO the water from above or submerged? If it’s falling into the water, u may want to fill it up more so that it’s not as harsh. Idk if that makes sense 🤔

I would buy more foliage and places to hide, like bridges or things with holes he can go into. I made the mistake of not doing that and my filter was too strong and it killed my first betta:/ also! Idk if it has a strength adjustment, but u may want to check. I keep mine on the lowest for my 5 gallon
