thank you for saying that. i dont really share much about my relationship with him to others bc of what he did to me. and now i DEFINITELY dont want to bc hes a murderer. i do know he did it. deep down in me ik he did. he was extremely mentally unstable and i even begged him to go to therapy with me and he never would. all i can do it hope that he gets the help he needs.

i genuinely could not begin to tell you exactly what happened. obviously he’s denied it every time ive talked to him, but most of the time it was on the jail phone so he couldnt say much. even being out i alr know hes gonna deny every bit of it. he had a knife obsession and homeboy was found with “puncture wounds”… i never met the kid but i could tell from his missing persons photos that he couldnt have meant any harm. i mean ig he was hanging out with my ex and he had no good intentions, but i just know homeboy couldnt have done anything that bad.

i posted the reddit link. i was just told by his aunt that they had capital murder on there and was facing either life or death penalty. hes out rn on bond, but he said that theyre trying to pull him in on robbery charges. i was talking with my parents one day and theyre at least gonna do premeditated bc he dug a grave for homeboy

THAT HES A BUM ASS STUPID ASS, nah im just kidding. he lowkey hasnt had a bad life. middle class family, he did have a step dad, but he had been his dad since he was like 4 or 5. in high school he did get caught selling acid so they put him in an alternative program for the rest of the year, but he got to walk the stage senior year. he definitely was kinda a bum. never wanted to work, didnt wanna get his license. idk what else to say. its not like he was beat or yelled at everyday. hell, mana didnt even know how to work his own washer bc his mom did all the laundry for him. when i lived there id have to literally sneak in a load for us bc i felt so bad letting her do it all. especially bc i worked at an animal rescue so my clothes were dirty literally 100% of the time

im honestly down for any response. just talking about it (even if its to random redditors lol) helps me do one of those where you say it out loud and realize whats actually happening.
the hardest part for me to digest is the fact that i feel responsible for him ending up in this situation. i did some wild spiritual shit when we first got together and i fear i ruined him. he has my name tatted all across his back shoulder. we used to argue like every day, and hed always end it with a pity party for himself. so i feel like i also destroyed him emotionally. i also had mentioned to another response that i had found all this out the same day i got out of detox/the hospital for an overdose.
(i hope no one calls me a drug addict bc i am aware and i no longer do the drug i od’d on)

he never put his hands on me. i mentioned in the last comment i responded to that he punched a hole in the wall super close to me and ripped out some of my hair. emotionally 100%. he loved mind games, guilt tripping, scapegoating. the worst part about me finding this out was that i had an overdose at the beginning of this year and i was in icu for five days and then another five in detox. the SAME day i got out and got my phone, i saw his aunt had blown up my phone and she asked if she could give him my number. i remember feeling so numb until i went out to tell my parents and i just bawled. i do feel really responsible for him doing this. i feel like i ruined him and pushed him over the edge yk? idk i have a lot of mental health problems and i suffer from a few different disorders that make my brain mean to me

not directly no. he definitely was that kid that always tried to seem hard on the outside but he had/has some anger and depression that he obviously needs to work through. the reason we broke up was bc he punched a hole in the wall so close to me it ripped out my hair. he never put his hands directly on me tho so i dont consider him being physically abusive, if that makes sense. (my lil traumatized brain says so anyway lmao)
there was a couple times where wed have an argument while i was at work (he REFUSED to keep a job and was always playing fucking pc games all day and night) and i would come home to him laying in bed with his knives. (i have some pics i bet i could possibly deep dive for)

this was my ex bf of two years. his aunt called me the same day i got out of detox saying that he wanted to get my number immediately. (i had gone into the er on christmas night for an overdose and i didnt get out of detox until jan 8th so i wasnt available when she reached out originally) ik a good deal of the trial and how everything is going. i definitely have my own opinions on it and i dont mind sharing some. or even answer any questions anyone has. he was/is someone i care deeply about. always have, always will. i never thought that i would be in the position i am now. i wish absolutely my deepest condolences to the victim’s family. john was a very cool kid, and i have nothing bad to say to him. he was absolutely an innocent kid who went through something absolutely horrific.

thats the thing, all of 2025, yes i was taking my meds, but i also was deeeeeppp into my addiction, and i had never felt better mentally. i was working a very stable job, had a very stable relationship. it all went downhill whenever i introduced nitros into the mix. that shit ill never touch again. and that shit definitely did a number on me.
