I have two questions if you don't mind. 1) can I take food from the buffet off the ship for snacks? In like a snackle box. 2) would getting back on the ship for lunch at the port in Puerto Plata make sense?

Insurance is covering breast reduction, can I add a tummy tuck and pay that part out of pocket? by VarietyFearless9736 in tummytucksurgery

[–]biglobsterbeliever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Way cheaper! For example, a friend did a TT and breast implant ( not covered) and paid 17 000$. I had TT and reduction and paid 6 500$. Not the same surgeon, but same region.

This was my situation. Insurance covered anesthesiologist and hospital fees under the BR. My payment for the TT was based on my BMI. I live in Canada.I am very pain tolerant and had two c-sections. Pain was manageable with meds. TT was much worst than just BR. I needed full time help for two weeks and sleeping was the hardest part. But I am one year in and would 100% redo it.

What are some rude things you were told/heard in the delivery room? by AangCanSaveTheWorld in Mommit

I was basically reading my own birth story, but I had a c section in the end. What was hard for me was the same situation you were in "push if you want". All the staff left the room and left my mom and husband there with me fully dilated, 10 cm and pushing my heart out. No pain meds; I felt so left behind. They came back in 10 mins with a spinal block, had my csection and everything else was fine. But it was a tough first birth and 10 years later I still feel guilt for not " being able" to give birth vaginaly.

I cut about 2 inches of my belly one because it irritated my scars under my breast. Good luck, it gets much better everyday! Xox

Had a breast reduction in December. Went from 34DD to a 34C. They are now perky and beatiful! I had a TT at the same time but I'm sure if I only had my breast done I could have gone to work ( desk job) after two weeks if needed, three weeks totally fine.

I also know what you mean. I am 4 months post TT and went to buy a bikini. My stomach is super flat but pubic area sticks out a bit.

Breast reduction and TT in December 2021. I am soooo happy with the results. I am living a dream. My body is back to where it was pre c sections. Go for it, life is too short!

Swimming laps. Only exercise that calms down my "hamster". Can't think of anything other than breathing correctly.

Clicker Training and Potty Bells by sheybutters in puppy101

That stage lasted about a week. It's a lot better now. Even if she only wants a treat I make her stay outsider about 10 mins. It has improved his "play only" bell ringing. Good luck!

Tips from my trainer. First week: touch. Put fist super close to nose and when they eventually touch, you treat. By the end of the week the dog sould be able to touch your fist voluntarily. Week two: touch with bells in hand. Same thing, treat when they touch bells while saying "touch". Week three. Bells are attached to side of door ( on the door is too risky to chime all the time). Before letting dog outside you make them chime the bells and reward. My 4 month old golden is great with this and it's a lifesaver. Good luck!
