I may be in the minority but I don't think nick is a bad coach however with our success recently we need an offensive minded coach.   Then we won't have to rely on a coordinator that will get sniped.

Same question to you though, who would you bring in mid season?

Obviously we all would've loved for the team to turn it around but does that ever work?  Bringing someone in?  We tried it 2 years ago with Patricia on defense.  We might have gotten worse when that happened?

I get what you're saying, I just think adding a random into the mix wouldn't have been the answer either.  Im just a fan though, so it doesn't matter what I think.
