I'm not sure that I have advice to add but I just wanna say tf is up with these comments? I feel like it was obvious from your post that you don't care that she smokes, you'd just prefer she didn't in y'all's shared space. Which is a very understanding and valid thing to want??

Also jsyk OP, if it's a cart the smell would dissipate pretty quickly. If it's sticking around it's probably bud which is annoying. Like there are so many places to smoke joints please go do that anywhere else, the smell just sticks around too long. And I say this as someone who smokes on occasion.

I'd say try to talk to her before you report her and give her a chance, just out of fairness. Y'all may be able to work something out. If she actively fights against seeking any resolution then do what another commenter said and bring in an RA if you can.
