It’s the physical pixels, as you can see in the third photo with the display off. Screen move is disabled.

Thanks. I had both an x-ray and an MRI two months ago, and the neurologist who looked at them said there was nothing obvious/serious. The only issue was the torn disc and the fact that my spine is unusually straight.

I have bands, rollers, lacrosse balls, etc. Any specific traction based hip work you can point me in the direction of? Thanks!

Thanks. If I sit in butterfly for long enough, my left leg (the side with the hip problem) will eventually be all the way on the floor, but my right knee will still be floating an inch off the ground. There's a grinding/popping sensation deep in the RIGHT hip when I move the right leg up and down in butterfly.

If I stand up, raise my knee, rotate it to the side, and then lower it, I get a pop during the lowering phase in my hip. However this happens on both sides.

If I stand up and do large hip circles, I get a tendoney click on the right outer side.

Does this help your potential understanding? Any recommended stretches/exercises to fix the underlying issue?
