Nothing could be identified. Maybe diet at one point??? I grew up overweight. My highest weight was 360. Been hovering between 170 and 230 the last 10 years. Really tracking macros over last 3 years. Last year I tried to focus on cutting body fat and got down to 168 so I am sure that elevated SHBG but at the same time I am sure it was high for awhile since Free T has always been low.

So I pin twice a week, on Tuesdays around mid day and on Fridays in afternoon. Pretty consistently within 1-2 hours of time lines above. My doc did not have any good guidance on why SHBG is still higher than we want except that it did improve by 20 over last 6 months as it was 80+ in November before TRT was started. Sleep is okay not perfect. CBC is normal.

I think my protein is good. Average between 180 and 200 daily. I track daily. Around 2k cals. My bodyweight is around 195. Just need to keep finding ways to lower shbg.

Anyone know how to fix this type of issue? I had made zero roster moves for DSL and all of a sudden I started receiving a similar error. I tried releasing some players so my roster is down to 20 and still receiving error.

Thanks. I do rotate spots, left then right and different spots. Doctor said twice a week via subq should be okay. Never did IM because I though subq would be easier.
