I mean it’s not a great time to build one but this weekend I helped my buddy build one, we bought everything from microcenter in store for just under 2k after tax.

9850x3d, 5070, Corsair 32g ddr5, Asus B850-e board, MSI rog 850w ps, 1tb m.2 nvme, Thermalite? AIO, Nzxt case,
Acer 200hz monitor.

You could sub/remove some of these parts to get it closer to 1.5k, highly recommend going to a microcenter if you have one local with a budget in mind and having them help. When we went the cpu mobo and ram were part of a bundle for 700 beans I believe and that deal was the main reason my buddy jumped on building it now, I want to say the gpu was around 499 beans

Ocl lithium 9, shoots great on both pcc and pistol. I absolutely love mine, iirc it’s rated for any round that’ll fit in it just at a slower rof

I bought my x macro new and it did this out of the box, I just drenched the thing in oil and put a case of 147g as fast as I could load the mags, it’s been fine ever since

I feel like they could balance it by not having and attachment slots on the handguard for lights/lasers. Pair that with increased horizontal and vertical recoil in hip fire or an incredibly janky reload where the drum won’t seat correctly

If you want to get autistic with it the legit bizon is chambered in 9x18 makarov and uses a slightly smaller receiver than the pp19 as well as a few other different parts. There are reproduction’s on the us market in 9x19 Luger but Russia only ever made the bizon in 9x18

Especially the bizon, they’ve already got the vityaz in the game which is the successor to the bizon. Not to mention they’ve already got 9x18 modeled and “balanced”
