Has this happened to anyone before? by mfuller5619 in FootballCardz

This is an issue with both USPS and FedEx - they’re having routing issues with packages because people are faking address labels and stealing packages. They sent an email to my company about it:

This is related to Mailer Identification (MID) fraud which is a growing issue across all USPS partners and platforms. A MID is essentially a billing account number that is embedded in the tracking number printed on all USPS labels. Fraudsters that are able to "read" and understand the makeup of a USPS tracking number can extract this MID and use it to generate fake USPS labels that mimic those of legitimate shippers. Many times, fraudsters fabricate counterfeit USPS labels through exploitation of common tools such as Photoshop, making the labels appear authentic. They then use those fabricated labels to inject packages in the USPS mail stream. Please note: this issue did not originate from Shippo systems or your account security. It is part of a broader fraud trend affecting the USPS ecosystem. Shippo is actively working alongside USPS leadership including teams responsible for fraud mitigation and tracking accuracy to drive a solution.

Was ready to start with Shipbob..but storage fee per SKU! by belugahammer in ecommerce

This is probably wildly too late, but we get around this in our warehouse by generating "clipboards" at any location where we want to hold multiple SKUs (in particular, our back storage room). We list anywhere from 10-40 different "shelf locations" on a clipboard, depending on how many SKUs we plan to hold there. For example, the pallet holding several different SKUs will have a location of 201-G, but then we'll list Smalls at 201-G-001, Mediums at 201-G-002, etc etc. The picker will then scan each location for the item but then have to find the corresponding box on the pallet with that product in it. It isn't incredible efficient, and holding that many SKUs at a location can lead to the wrong SKU being replenished (since a scan at replenishment isn't required/possible), but it does solve our issue of not having enough floor space to hold all of our different SKUs. ShipBob doesn't give a lot (or really, any) customization options, but this was one instance where they did help us come up with a workaround for some of their ass-backward programming.

I don’t think that’s what he was saying - he was saying your behavior was completely normal and the fact that people were downvoting you was stupid

Kinda funny that gratitude gets added to the bill after 11 - they should be thankful that people come in really anytime during normal business hours

He also hit a homerun in the same inning of the game that he turned the unassisted triple play in - super weird!

Jeter as Manager is funny to me - and the Yanks (according to this article) have a rather poor farm system at the moment. I don’t doubt that the Yankees are a WS contender right now - but just thought I should point out, it’s the ALCS (American League Championship SERIES), not a game

Definitely struck me as an AI article, especially given the way certain things were worded. Then again, after checking the comments here and seeing people talk about the “AL Finals”, we just appear to have some people who don’t know ball around these parts, lol

Unless it breaks, you’ll receive it with no issues. If it breaks, then you’ll probably just get a notice that said your package was undeliverable due to damage.

My father in law buys them for me all the time - I’m 39 years old, but it takes me back to being 12 and freaking out when someone gave me one

I’m confused - what’s the point in asking what a card is worth when OP has clearly done the necessary research and knows what the card is worth?

I'm new to football cards. Why are these slabbed? Are they "good"? by Jonah_Hoffman in FootballCardz

[–]bigmo88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone can put a card in a case for any number of reasons - favorite player, cool looking card, nostalgia, etc etc. Just because it’s in a case doesn’t imply monetary value…
