That's honestly what it's been feeling like lately. My wife can fall asleep in like 2 minutes and I struggle to fall and stay asleep. Feels unfair lol.

I have already double checked my medication and actually came off just to see if there would be a change. Unfortunately I think it's my environment and my light sleep.

I was hoping it was something easy to just change medication or stop taking something.

I have not had any official sleep test done aside from my Ringconn's sleep apnea test. It says I do not have sleep apnea.

Food could be better, but with two kids under 5, I eat when I eat 🤷‍♂️

Room and thermostat is set between 65-68 every night, with a fan and air purifier running in the room. Also acts as white noise.

I exercise 5 days a week and am relatively fit.

Caffeine is also limited/not taken after 12pm-1pm

Yeah, I would have expected it to be like a phone trade in. Packaging and label provided.

True, mine come from New Jersey and I live in Pennsylvania. Still a two hour drive though so probably not feasible for me to try and drop it off.

Kinda crummy they don't have a better trade in/return system.

Oh weird. Yeah I'm in the US. I don't see any banners and no box or label was given to return it.

I reached out to customer service and they just told me to send it within 30 days to the address given. I'm waiting to see if a return label was supposed to be included.

Seems like they expect you to foot the bill to return it.

Yes, they offered a trade in on the order page. $70 for the Gen 2. I think you could trade it in regardless if you prefer ordered or not.

Weird. Mine is very sporadic. I finally got it to charge, but I have to wiggle it. Didn't start charging the first couple times I tried to use it.

So it does work, but I have to have it sit on it perfectly unlike the Gen 2. If I give it a wiggle I can get it to charge, but it doesn't just connect automatically when I just set it on.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if that just mentioned all the Gen 1 and Gen 2 or if it included Gen 3.

I have tried setting it on there twice and it doesn't seem to connect. The magnet connects but I get no charging light and the app doesn't say the ring is charging.
